Returns Policy

All products purchased from Stray Books are eligible to be returned for a refund, or a replacement, within 21 days of purchase.

Shipping costs to send the return to Stray Books, at the address listed above, will be covered by Stray Books.

Email: ian_benke@straybooks.ca if there is an issue, and we will get the return or refund process started immediately.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 days of Stray Books receiving your request.

Shipping

Stray Books ships to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not currently ship outside of Canada.

Orders will be shipped using Canada Post, and customers will be provided a tracking number to track their items.

Our offices are located in Calgary, AB, so transit times for eastern provinces/territories may be longer.

Shipping costs are calculated using a flat rate per item.
